My role for the Bratton Ranch project was as a 1099 consultant. The AoR was Scott Carson, AIA who at the time was with PHXArch out of Scottsdale, AZ. The home consists of a 5,500 SF main house and multiple accessory buildings, including a horse barn guesthouses.

I was tasked with developing the Construction Documents (CDs), construction details, and coordination of engineering and non-engineering consultants. At the time PHXArch had not transitioned to REVIT. So, all documents were in AutoCAD.

I took over PHXArch’s Design Development (DD) documents and transitioned them into CDs that were used for the building permitting set. I completed this task in approximately five (5) weeks working nearly non-stop through the holidays. Further, I was also tasked with completing CDs for a +100,000 SF estate, also for PHXArch as a 1099 consultant.
